“All of us have gaps and all of us have imperfections, but sometime we are not aware of them,” Ms. Daskal says. “Sometimes you want to do something wonderful in the world but it is these gaps that do exist that keep us from the doing the things we really want to do.”
Ms. Daskal says she has developed a powerful system to help top executives harness the virtues of their leadership style.
“There are seven archetypes that come with seven distinctive virtues that I have seen,” she says. “This is true for everyone.”
But while there are virtues, each archetype also can have a negative side. That’s what she works on with her clients.
