Nature’s Way
If everything we attempted in life were achieved with minimum of effort and came out exactly as planned, how little we would learn-and how boring life would be! And how arrogant we would become if we succeeded at everything we attempted.
Failure allows us to develop the essential quality of humility.
It is not easy- when you are the person experiencing failure- to accept it philosophically, serene in the knowledge that this is one of life’s great learning experiences. But it is.
Nature’s way are not always easily understood, but they are repetitive and therefore predictable.
You can be absolutely certain that when you feel you are being most unfairly tested, you are being prepared for great achievement.
Lead From Within: Failure seems to be nature’s way for preparing you for great responsibilities.
Creating Change
Why do you get stuck in old, unproductive patterns?
Usually it is because they are familiar and therefore comfortable to you. In other words, you many have gotten comfortable with the discomfort.
When you feel like you are in a rut, it is not just time for a change, it is time for you to create that change.
You need to look at the behaviors that got you where you are and are holding you back from going where you would like to go.
You need to be honest with yourselves; are you comfortable with your discomfort? Are you afraid of the risks that always accompany change?
You need to clearly envision the life you would like to create for yourselves, and you need to believe that you can have and are entitled to that life.
The dream, the plan, the love that heals, the new body you want, the new home, the new career. All that you want. Depends on you making a change. Get out of the rut of comfortable discomfort and take a risk, unless you do, it’s not going to change.
Are You A Poet & Don’t Even Know It.
A poem, said Robert Frost, “begins in delight and ends in wisdom.” So too with life.
Poetry is, after all, life transformed into verse- the surging, exhilarating, untamed current of human thought, feeling and experiencing. We do not have to be able to write poetry to understand it, for poetry is everywhere, within us and without.
Have you ever watched the lyrical movement of trees in the breeze, the rhythmic soaring of birds overhead, the measured emergence of stars as they become visible in the evening sky? Have you ever listened to your inner poetry- your thoughts, dreams, the song of your soul?
Allow your life to be filled with colors, textures, scents that have meaning to you. Let your soul lead you through meadows and take you down deep into the valleys. There are many poems, waiting like the stars to come out and to illuminate your heaven.
As a poet you embody courage, you dare to give a voice to the yearning that too often lies buried in your heart. Unearth what you yearn for- It is then, that your life can begin with delight and end in wisdom.
We are all poems in search of a voice.
Fragments of Life.
During your life you look at the world as if you are looking through a kaleidoscope, seeing tiny fragments, but never the whole. In actuality the world is like a fabric, where everything and every living being is interwoven.
The truth is that your simplest thought or action – the decisions you make each day, and how you see and relate to the world – can be incredibly significant and have a profound impact on your life. Not only for you, but for those around you, and as well as the world at large.
Today help me remember that we all share the same sky, and that we are all responsible for each other.
Do You Feel Like Life Is A Balancing Act?
Yes.
Life is a balancing act…..
You try balancing work, children, partners, friends, personal growth, and romance?
But you still feel that you never get it right?
Breath.
Take a moment.
Release your grip.
Loosen your hold.
Let it be.
Reflect.
Know that finding a balance is an ongoing process and that life is in a constant state of change.
Ask yourself: Are you on track, or have you temporarily derailed? Are you patiently, but steadfastly, working toward your goals?
Allow yourself the time to regularly reassess the direction in which you are heading.
Get organized. Create a structured plan each day rather than reacting to whatever comes up.
Focus on your priorities.
Occasionally allow yourself to say “NO.”
Life is a balancing act. It is a continuous shifting and adjusting.
Finding your balance is important.
Why?
Because you will a better parent, partner, leader, employer, employee and most of all you will a much better you.
