Why Not
Of all the ideas and dreams we conceive, how many of them do we carry to term? Nine, or maybe ten, times out of ten we cancel out our inspiration with all the reasons they won’t work in reality.
What would happen if we would dispense with the excuses that abort the creative process and replace them with a one simple question: Why not?
Then nine, or maybe ten, times out of ten we will find that nothing is really keeping us from at least exploring our dreams and desires.
Then we can realistically assess which ones are not possible but appropriate for us to pursue.
Lead From Within: Every success begins with “WHY NOT?”
Something to think About: What would you like to do that you can’t? What are your reasons for not being able to realize your desires?
Try to differentiate between reasons and excuses- objections that seem realistic, and objections that may be coming from fear of rejection or failure or success.
Call To Action: Take a realistic attitude toward your ideas and do not be afraid to explore the ones that ignite the spirit of creativity within you.
Options
When you have decisions to make or problems to resolve, you should never feel backed up against the wall.
Our options in life may be simple, or they may be complex. Regardless of whether or not they are immediately evident, options are always available. Alternative ways of thinking and doing can always be found.
You may only see one way out and feel confused in your mind. You may also feel angry, frightened, or trapped- You need to stop, rethink your situation. You need to ask yourself what it is that you really want and what you can and cannot give up in order to get it. You need to be honest with yourself as to your real motivations, assessing whether or not your wants are aligned with your genuine needs.
If you can only see one solution to a situation or difficulty think about why. What beliefs or opinions are you clinging to that could be changed in order to give you more options? Think about what you really want to accomplish and why. Only then you can find or create the necessary options that will free you to take the right action, which comes not from desperation but from inspiration.
Having Options may be little more than having the presence of mind to notice that they are there.
Lead From Within: Options are out there. Exercise your freedom of choice in clarifying your situations and resolving your problem.

Frustration
Frustration is wonderful (said with a grin) Frustration is not necessarily bad since it can be a useful indicator of the problems in a person’s life and, as a result, it can act as a motivator to change.
Life inevitably has its ups and downs — its moments of relaxation and times of tension. You need to learn to distinguish between what you hope will happen, what will probably happen, and what actually happened. You can let frustration sink down to the tombs of resentment and keep it in the dark recesses of our shadows, or you can use the energy to manage the frustration in order to allow you to remain happy and positive even in trying circumstances.
The definition of frustrate is to prevent from accomplishing a purpose or a fulfilling a true desire. At the first sign of frustration, ask yourself what you could do to use the raw energy in a creative way. There is always an answer. Sometimes we get frustrated because we are struggling to attain something we don’t really want, so we must identify what we truly want.
Lead From Within: Frustration is a gift waiting to be opened.

Are You Being Authentic?
Perhaps you are feeling tired, empty or depressed because you are draining energy as you push your inner desires away.
Maybe you thought that pleasing others… parents, teachers, bosses and spouses was the way to be. Maybe you played by other people’s rules.
Just as the world around you is changing and evolving, so are you.
You now want to travel to new places. You want to stop doing what others want you to do. You want to stop struggling and straining. You want to become more competent, independent – and able to meet our your own needs.
You no longer want to chase someone else’s dream; you want to live your own dreams, you want to come to grips with the idea of being our own person. You want to start living an authentic life, a life you were meant to live.
But living an authentic life requires the courage to face personal truth.
That truth might be how you really feel about yourself, what fears are blocking your success, which habits are preserving the life you have, or what dreams you have suppressed.
The universe will challenge you and sometimes you will try to dance as fast as you can, trying to distract yourself from the inner work that needs to be done. Denying your inner truth is like trying to keep the lid on a pressure cooker that has built up too much steam.
If you know in your heart that you’re not using your most precious gifts or pursuing your dreams, you will not feel passion for the path that you are on. You will find life unbearable.
To find this authentic life, you must find it in yourself.
How do you do that? You must tune into your inner wisdom.
Ask yourself the question “What is important to me?” and then listen to your inner voice, and trust what you hear.
Value your mind, the power of consciousness and clear thought, because your inner voice will quietly guide you within to a clear path that resonates for you – it will lead you to live a life, that is aligned with your purpose.
This pathway will reflect what you believe, how you feel, and what you know.
Living authentically is being committed to the truth of who you are.
It is setting the intention to walk with your purpose more fully and gratefully.
This work is a lifetime process, but in each moment, we have a choice.
What choices will you make to live authentically today?
No More Excuses
How many times have you said?
“It is too much of a risk!”
“I can’t afford it.”
“I am too scared to try.”
or, my favorite, “I’m born this way, there is nothing I can do to change it. “
Instead of accepting and taking responsibility, we make excuses for the reasons we don’t succeed or why we aren’t able to accomplish what we want out of life.
How can we stop this cycle?
How can we grow?
How can we live the life we want, one worthy the effort and make us feel free?
When we develop accountability, when we take charge and accept the choices we’ve made – learn and grow from them – and then, only then can we be more in charge of our lives.
Accountability, requires us to be willing to take responsibility for our actions and be in charge of the choices we’ve made. Accept that the choices made, determines everything along the way and is the consequence of what has happened in our lives, for good and bad.
Think about it. The minute we do something wrong we want to blame others
We point fingers
We make excuses.
It is important to acknowledge and take responsibly for your decisions and actions.
If you make mistakes – be responsible, accept it, correct it, and offer amends, don’t make excuses.
Life is a matter of choices.
Every choice you make – makes you
Whom you marry…
What your career you have…
Where you live…
What you will do today…
One of the most important choice in your life is who you’ll choose to become.
If you desire true freedom in your life – embrace responsibility.
The greatest day in your life will be when you take control and responsibility for your choices.
That day you will realize that you are the one in charge of the directions of your life and the consequence of that is freedom.
