What If?

Have you ever questioned the way a business does something? Only to be told, I have always been doing it this way, you are in good company. To me that is scary. Doing without thinking or accepting without questioning, is extremely limiting. In order to be a true leader you have to move beyond what is already acceptable convention. Instead, you must entertain radical thinking. You must ask, " What if". Without questioning the existing rules there is no hope for innovation. Entertaining the "What if" way of thinking requires you to gain knowledge of the boundaries that exist and to develop your rational ability to analyze and pursue a new way of thinking. To live a life of following wisdom is to follow predetermined rules and work that are set in boundaries. Are you willing to break the status quo?
