    I enjoyed your introduction, Bob. I also come from the mindset of focus on your strengths. Your introduction clearly illustrated the difference of things we should let go of and the things that lolly mentioned, that could be holding us back. Thanks to Lolly, she’s got me thinking about my gaps. Awareness is half the battle.
