Do You Feel Like Life Is A Balancing Act?

Yes. Life is a balancing act..... You try balancing work, children, partners, friends, personal growth, and romance? But you still feel that you never get it right? Breath. Take a moment. Release your grip. Loosen your hold. Let it be. Reflect. Know that finding a balance is an ongoing process and that life is in a constant state of change. Ask yourself: Are you on track, or have you temporarily derailed? Are you patiently, but steadfastly, working toward your goals? Allow yourself the time to regularly reassess the direction in which you are heading. Get organized. Create a structured plan each day rather than reacting to whatever comes up. Focus on your priorities. Occasionally allow yourself to say “NO.” Life is a balancing act. It is a continuous shifting and adjusting. Finding your balance is important. Why? Because you will a better parent, partner, leader, employer, employee and most of all you will a much better you.

    Thanks for putting this out there. Just seeing it in writing reminds me to breathe, allow, and remember that it’s true. It give pause to take a minute and look at all I’m balancing and appreciate myself for it. And it does help me be a better parent, wife, leader, boss, and me.
