I love thee.
These three words can change a person’s life. Too often, we only consider love in the context of our closest or most intimate relationships. But what about our other connections? Imagine what the phrase can do for the people who you work with.
Consider the following expressions of love and think about how you can put more love into all of your relationships…
How do I love thee?
I love thee.... without limits. The more I learn to love and appreciate what you do, the more improvement I will see in our relationship. There will be a deeper connection.
I love thee.... thru hard times. When business is slow and we are not reaching our goals, I will stand by you. In the end, love will fill us up and make us glad we have each other.
I love thee... enough to give you freedom. Freedom to make your own choices and decisions. Freedom to feel free from guilt about pretending to be someone you are not.
I love thee...without fearlessness. To create the space to tell the truth without being afraid.
I love thee....for your growth. Everyone needs someone to support them while they grow and make changes. I will stand by you.
I love thee... thru transformation. When you are seeking to understand, I will give you the space to search.
I love thee… thru all vulnerability. Allowing us to cultivate a safe haven so we can be open and honest at all times.
I love thee....with authenticity. I will love you in ways that matter ONLY to you
I love thee....for thee. Loving each person for who they are and honoring their gifts and talents will give them the foundation to launch into the success that is meant to be theirs.
I love thee leadership style: The greatest leaders are those who connect in positive and heartfelt ways to their organizations, and who do so with inspiration, motivation and heart.
Lead From Within: Learning to love others authentically and in ways that matter to them is one of the best things any leader can do.
This POST is dedicated to the ONE I LOVE.............YOU!!!!!!

Synchronicity Leadership
Posted on 31. Oct, 2011 by lollydaskal.
Most of us have noticed those moment when things go just exactly right ...
When the right person turns up at exactly at the perfect moment to save the situation.
When it feels as if the stars have aligned miraculously to move us from where we are to where we need to be.
Those moments can be called luck or coincidence. I call it synchronicity.
Many of us are quick to dismiss those serendipitous moments as flukes but when they do happen they feel as though they are hidden hands of the universe giving us what we want in a harmonious way.
What would happen if we as leaders understood that nothing of real substance happened without our say.
What would happen if we as leaders trusted that we could stop controlling every minute of our lives and in doing so... we would manifest the world around us to unfold magically.
What would happen if we as leaders detached from our assumptions so we could lose sight of what we thought we wanted and actually allowed our world to give us what is good for us. ......no great for us.
That I would say is....... Synchronicity the inner path of leadership.
Be the one that creates Synchronicity Leadership- the one who allows your inner manifestation to create an outer world of greater destination.
Lead From Within: As leaders why not allow ourselves to be led by the generating depth of consciousness which evoke ourselves to manifest a mind, heart and soul of synchronicity?
This would allow us to remove the blocks and barriers and tap into the knowledge where we know and feel we would and could create the kind of future we want.
Join us this week on #leadfromwithin tweetchat as we engage and explore Synchronicity and Leadership Tuesday at 8pm est.

Leaders vs Managers
Posted on 23. Oct, 2011 by lollydaskal.
What is the biggest difference between managers and leaders?
Both roles are important but they seek to do different things...
Leaders lead people. Managers manage people.
Leaders set destinations. Managers navigate the roads to get there.
Leaders cultivate change. Managers cultivate creating stability.
Leaders inspire. Managers comfort.
Leaders appeals to the heart. Managers appeal to the head.
Leaders set direction. Managers set plans with details.
Leaders work on a system. Managers are working the system.
Leaders have vision. Managers are about reaching goals.
Leaders are about effectiveness. Managers are about efficiency.
Leaders have followers. Managers have subordinates.
Leaders take ownership. Managers take responsibility.
Leaders shape culture. Managers enact culture.
Leaders are proactive. Managers are reactive.
Leaders accomplish achievements. Managers accomplish compliance.
Leaders break rules. Managers make rules.
Leaders use conflict. Managers avoid conflict.
Leaders set new direction. Managers go on the existing roads.
Leaders go inward. Managers work outward.
Leaders are concerned what is right and managers are concerned about being right.
As you can see managers and leaders are two different people. Do organizations need both? YES.
Leadership begins where management ends and smart organizations value both and great organizations work hard to make each a part of their team.

Voice Your Values
Posted on 17. Oct, 2011 by lollydaskal.
As a leader you have a responsibility to be self-reflective and self-aware. Unless you know who you are and where you’re going, the demands of your daily life will control you.
If you want to take more control of your life, you must voice your values.
If you want to do more of what is really meaningful to you, voice your values.
If you want to define what your purpose is, voice your values.
Deep within each of us is a bedrock of values that we stand for. The voice of your values gives the echoes to your thoughts.
Your values as a leader set the boundaries for the decisions you will make every day.
Your values will serve as a guide for your actions.
Your values will provide a moral compass for the journey you are embarking on.
Your values are empowering and encouraging.
Your values are motivating and meaningful.
When you can truly identify your values, you can find fulfillment - Not just fulfillment for the moment, but a transformation and a transcendence that lasts a lifetime.
Lead From Within: We all can find the greater meaning to our existence and the fulfillment we hunger for, but it starts by giving voice to your values. It is living in the consistency of the echos of this voice that will bring you happiness.

Got Legacy?
Posted on 05. Oct, 2011 by lollydaskal.
Everyone leaves a legacy.
The only question is what kind of legacy are you leaving?
Your legacy is created with every action you take, with every achievement you make and with every victory you create.
Everyday you are leaving your mark, your legacy consists of your failures and your recoveries.
Your legacy matters not just to you, but also to all those who follow you, care for you and emulate you.
Your legacy matters to all who seek to be loved by you and who you seek to love. Your teaching, your philosophy, you wisdom, your knowledge will leave a wake long after you are gone.
Your legacy makes a difference.
Be one of those people who work hard, play hard and live hard.
Leave a legacy.
NO...
Leave a great legacy.
Be a person who cares with compassion!
Be a person who is kind and lives from their heart!
Be a person who loves deeply and passionately!
Be a person who shows up and stands for something!
Be a person who consistently performs in excellence!
Be a person who gives more than they take!
Be a person who is great!
Lead from within: You don't develop a great legacy in a day. You create a legacy day by day, moment by moment, second by second, What will your day be like today?
This post is in honor of Steve Jobs. A great man who was a great leader, who led from within, who created a great company, who leaves us with a great legacy.

Untapped Leadership Potential
Posted on 11. Sep, 2011 by lollydaskal.
All people have untapped and untouched leadership potential. Just as all people have untapped athletic and artistic potential.
It is a given that there are clear differences due to nature and nurture and not everyone can be the CEO of a multi billion dollar corporation just as not everyone can be an Olympian or tennis winner of Wimbledon but with coaching and practice we can all be a lot better than we are.
It is never to early...It is never to late....for untapped leadership potential.
- Invest in yourself
- Take time to think
- Learn to listen lovingly
- Prepare to pursue your passion and purpose
Leadership starts from within, as you learn, love and live for yourself you will be better able to love, learn and live with others.
Take on the challenge of improving your leadership abilities and developing yourself.
Do not be the one who is Untapped in their potential.
Lead From Within: This journey of life begins with you. Leadership is an affair of the heart. Tap into your heart's desire and untap into your full potential

Be The Real Deal
Posted on 07. Aug, 2011 by lollydaskal.
Life and leadership demands you be your authentic self.
Try to LEAD like someone else. Try to BE like someone else and you will fail. You would just be a bad imitation of who you are imitating. People do not follow or engage with people who are not real.
What does it take to be real, genuine and authentic? It takes sincerity, honesty, integrity, consistency and character.
Why is authenticity so misunderstood? Many believe that authenticity is an intrinsic and instinctive quality. In fact authenticity is a quality that others must attribute and ascribe to you.
No person, can look in the mirror and say to themselves; I am authentic!
A person cannot be authentic on their own. Authenticity is largely defined by what other people see and say about you.
So how can you embody being an authentic?
- make sure your words are consistent with your deeds
- embody your values and beliefs
- practice what you preach
- Be YOU.
- The real YOU.
- The Real DEAL.
Lead From Within: If you are a leader who is playing a role and pretending to be a leader -your followers, the people around you. will feel- see- hear- know the deception.

Whereever You Go, Go With All Your Heart.
Posted on 31. Jul, 2011 by lollydaskal.
The total development of who you are and what you want and how you feel..... is essential to achieving your goals both in your personal and professional life.
Once there used to be high morals and ethics in the workplace and the expectations of your personal life were private and non-inclusive.
The truth is there is should be no difference between our inner personal work and those of our professional success - - our whole self is what we should bring to work and what we should bring home- if you want to be successful in the long run the best practice is the simplest truth: wherever you go, go with all your heart.
If you bring your whole self to work and you lead from your heart you will be more likely to be the person who cares more, shares more, understands more, says more, feels more, hears more and is liked more.
Bringing your whole heart and continuously developing your personal mastery is just as important as leadership growth and leadership growth is just as important as organizational growth- all of it matters--all of it is interrelated.
Sheryl Sandberg the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook says. "I believe in bringing your whole self to work. We are who we are. When you try to have this division between your personal self and professional self, what you really are is stiff... That doesn't mean people have to tell me everything about their personal lives. But I'm pretty sharing of mine." (New Yorker July 11 2011)
The person who leads from the heart, and who brings their whole self to work, is more likely to feel more comfortable with responsibilities, is more likely be more authentic and transparent.
Lead From Within: Are you bringing your whole heart and self to your professional and personal life? Are you standing with unconditional commitment and unequivocal courage to your truest self?
To lead from within is know the simplest most profound truth: If you bring your heart, you bring your best self.

Lead Yourself
Posted on 24. Jul, 2011 by lollydaskal.
Before you can lead others, You must be able to lead yourself.
If you cannot lead yourself others won’t follow you. If you cannot lead yourself others won’t respect you. If you cannot lead yourself others won’t listen to you. If you cannot lead yourself others won’t trust you. If you cannot lead yourself others won't understand you.
If you cannot lead yourself how will you make a difference?
Leadership is demanding it is created from noble disciplines. It requires an elevated sense of mastery with practice, skills, desires and commitment. It begins with leading ourselves to understanding, acknowledging, and attending to our insides. It is the fundamental and necessary building block to greatness.
Set your standards high.
Do the best you are capable of doing.
Do everything to bring forth your personal best.
To lead yourself successfully is a self knowing you made the effort to become the best of which you are capable of.
The better you are at leading yourself the better the chance you are at having a positive impact on others.
Lead From Within: The truth is we need each other.....to learn from each other.....to lead ourselves and to lead by example, because we are joined by a common cause....to lead from within .... so we can increase the quality and quantity of heart based leaders around the world.

Just Do It
Posted on 09. Jul, 2011 by lollydaskal.
Throughout the centuries there were men who took first steps, down new roads, armed with nothing but their own vision. Ayn Rand
In 1964 a little athletic shoe company was started by a man named Phil Knight. He named his company "Nike" for the Greek Goddess of victory.
Knight chose this name not so much to make a statement of his aspirations but for the purpose of the company. Knight declared Nike would be dedicated to helping athletes excel and win.
If this meant pouring resources into the best design department in the industry.... he was going to just do it. If it meant that Nike would pay Michael Jordan and other talented athletics millions of dollars to serve as product testers.... He was going to just do it.
Nike's vision was to make its customers winners or at least make them feel like they were winners.
For over thirty years every decision, every action, every choice, every idea Nike has is based on Knight's defined vision.
Today Nike has become a premiere athletic shoe and sportswear company in the world.
To have a vision is the art of seeing into the future.
It lets you know where to stand and what to stand for- because unless you stand for something you shall fall for anything.
Here are some questions you can ask yourself when creating your companies vision:
- What kind of company do we want to create?
- What contribution would we make?
- How would our services, products bring value to others?
- How would our people work together?
- What values would we embody?
When a company has a clear vision for the business, they are creating a picture of the future. They can then work backwards, identifying priorities and what needs to be done to actualize the end result.
A company that is emotionally moved by their vision has the strength to overcome the rough spots and the ups and downs. A thoughtful and authentic vision comes from your heart and touches the soul.
Lead From Within: Visions are not only for companies but also for individuals who are wanting to make a difference and bring value into the world. How can you- as a heart based leader- create a vision, articulate it passionately, own it relentlessly and be driven to just do it.
